A usable interface creates a good user experience.  There is little point investing in a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaign only to have your potential customers click leave your website as soon as they’ve got there and visit a competitor’s.

We’ve all done it, say typed Search Engine Optimisation Yorkshire into Google and decided to view the first 5 websites that appear.  We, as internet users, are impatient these days. There’s so much choice.

If the site takes longer than 10 seconds to load – we leave.
