Tradespeople for example – with so many rogues around (in fact the BBC has even made a programme called Rogue Traders) Builders, Plasterers and Electricians would benefit from customer testimonials on an online brochure website. What about Chiropodists? Your target market are the elderly? Well, there’s a government initiative in the UK to help Britain’s population of elderly get online. I should know, I was part of their marketing and training team.

So don’t discount web design for your business until you’ve really taken the time the think through the benefits that web design can bring to your business and, indeed, your customers. Imagine, for example, not having to print out expensive brochures anymore?
