Web Usability Tests should ideally be carried out with five users or more. Website Usability Testing usually takes about two days. This includes recruiting and incentivising participants, designing user tasks, setting up equipment, carrying out the sets, analysing the results and making recommendations.
If you have a website and haven’t yet invested in Web Usability Testing than now is the time to start.
Why?
Because Website Usability Tests can improve the usaibility of your website.
What does this mean?
The user experience is what helps you convert visitors to your website to customers. A conversion could mean a newsletter signup, sales calls, enquiry or email.
